Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing promotes awareness and release of nervous system arousal and physical tension that remains in the body in the aftermath of trauma.

Nutrition Therapy
Our goal is to help each individual establish a healthy relationship with both food and body, to discover a way of eating that supports your mental, emotional and physical well being.
