Tina is well versed in the various adversities and challenges of our BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) communities, is multi-lingual (English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and Spanish) and enjoys working with a very culturally diverse clientele. Tina has worked with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and survivors of trauma. Tina has been trained in various forms of mindfulness, meditation, and Ayurvedic practices, and studied under a Buddhist monk for four years. Dance, yoga and meditation are a part of Tina’s regular personal practice.

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”  -E.E. Cummings
