Build Resilience and Be Who YOU Are

A Youth/Young Adult Skills Learning Group for Self-Discovery through Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression (Ages 12-17)
Resilience helps us recover from stressful or traumatic experiences. If you are queer or gender expansive, this can also include family rejection, bullying or even internal distress – all of which can lead to feelings of hopelessness or powerlessness. So, how do you Build Resilience?
Our Rainbow Resilience Group creates a space for Teens to create a community of support, learn how to identify and address the challenges of identifying as LGBTQ2, and embrace your authentic self. Our Group meets weekly and uses structured tools for practicing body positivity, managing stress, fostering connection with other LGBTQ2 teens, and more!
