Build Resilience and Be Who YOU Are

A Youth/Young Adult Skills Learning Group for Self-Discovery through Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression (Ages 13-18)
Resilience helps us recover from stressful or traumatic experiences. If you are queer or gender expansive, this can also include family rejection, bullying or even internal distress – all of which can lead to feelings of hopelessness or powerlessness. So, how do you Build Resilience?

Our Rainbow Resilience Group creates a space for Teens to create a community of support, learn how to identify and address the challenges of identifying as LGBTQ+, and embrace your authentic self. Our Group meets weekly and uses structured tools for practicing body positivity, managing stress, fostering connection with other LGBTQ+ teens, and more!

Tuesdays from 4:00 - 5:30PM

Offered through video conferencing during the current public health crisis. A prior consultation is required. Please call (805) 987-3162 or email to reserve your space.
