Biography
Meredith Linden is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under supervision of Angela M. Rukule, LMFT and Alexis Forrey, LMFT. Meredith received her MA in Counseling Psychology with a focus on depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She worked at Vista Del Mar Hospital and the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission where she led groups and worked with adult and adolescent individuals in recovery from substance addictions as well as those who have experienced self-harm behaviors, dissociation, complex trauma, sleep disruption, suicidality, and mood disorders. Meredith also works with individuals of the LGBTQA2+ and neurodivergent communities. She has been working with dreams and art expression for several decades and works from psychodynamic/attachment and trauma-informed perspectives to tend to a person’s inner authority. She utilizes an integrative approach that includes multiple aspects of a person, allowing her to collaborate with clients on what works for them.
